Our automation system is simple, reliable, and highly effective. Each hopper door identifies and selects the appropriate type of recyclable as it is discarded. The separators operate via electric actuators and are equipped with safety position sensors for precise and secure control. All electrical panels integrate seamlessly with the building’s BMS and utilize low-voltage, dependable control units, ensuring maximum safety for both residents and building operators.

EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON

Standard on all models, a twist-and-release mechanism instantly shuts off power in an emergency.

DURABLE PUSH BUTTON PENDANT

Low-voltage push buttons with positive action and a strain-relief wire molded into the pendant cable, providing enhanced support and long-lasting durability.

Equipped with a sanitizing liquid tank and a dosing pump that injects degreaser and disinfectant into the water flow, ensuring a thorough spray-cleaning of the chute interior.

An additional pendant control allows the brush unit to be raised or lowered manually for maintenance.

The brush features a rubber cylindrical housing with embedded stiff nylon bristles, raised and lowered by a geared electric motor.
The nylon brushes move up and down the chute, scraping and cleaning the internal surfaces effectively.

The flushing spray head at the top of the chute and on the floors distributes a cleaning solution down the chute’s interior, controlling odors and bacteria.

With a simple button press on each hopper door, the internal separator activates and directs waste to the correct container.

Select the waste type using the push buttons.
Green light indicates the system is ready.
Open the door and dispose the waste.

The door closes automatically, and the system directs recyclables to their designated storage area.

Proximity sensors installed above the trolleys are fully integrated with the hopper doors. When any trolley reaches full capacity, the system automatically locks the corresponding hopper doors, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
