We’ve designed a quiet and efficient waste chute system tailored for your building or hotel. Our chutes are equipped with anti-vibration rubber pads, coated with sound-dampening paint, and insulated with aluminum foil fiberglass wool to minimize noise and vibrations.
SAFETY FIRST
We deploy UL 10B 90-Minute Fire Rated Door Assemblies with automatic electric strike locks, ensuring the ultimate safety of both residents and building operators. The easy-to-use automatic control unit is designed for fast, safe operation.
EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
Standard on all models, the twist-and-release operation quickly shuts off power in the event of an emergency, ensuring safety and reliability.
DURABLE PUSH BUTTON PENDANT
Low-voltage push buttons with positive action and strain-relief wiring are molded into the pendant cable, providing enhanced support and durability.
SANITIZING TANK
Equipped with a sanitizing liquid tank and dosage pump, which injects a degreaser and disinfectant solution into the water flow, ensuring effective sanitation inside the chute.
An additional pendant control allows for manual lifting and lowering of the brush unit, making maintenance quick and easy.
BRUSHING DEVICE
The brush features a rubber cylindrical housing with embedded stiff nylon brushes, which are raised and lowered by a geared electric motor for efficient cleaning.
The nylon brushes effectively scrape and clean the internal surface of the chute as they move up and down, ensuring thorough sanitation.
FLUSHING
The flushing spray head at the top of the chute and floors disperses a cleaning solution down the chute's interior, effectively controlling odors and bacteria
The safety interlocking check mechanism ensures that no doors can be opened until the cleaning cycle is complete and the brush is securely positioned at the top.
Chute Doors are supplied with a 24V electric strike with a micro-switch to indicate a door status change (open or closed). This feature enables monitoring the status of doors on different floors. It also allows for electrically locking the hopper doors for chute maintenance or interlocking when one of the doors is open.

Our mechanical Fire Rated garbage chute doors are engineered for durability, featuring a robust 4mm thick welded construction designed to withstand years of heavy use. Each door includes a 3D volume control chamber, providing extra space for safely disposing of materials through the trash chute system.

Chute Trunk
The leakproof chute trunk features a smooth, seamless surface with no bolts, rivets, or projections protruding into the chute. A 2mm sound-deadening coating is applied to the exterior, reducing unwanted noise from falling garbage. Additionally, an optional 25mm foil-faced fiberglass insulation coating can be wrapped around the exterior of the chute for enhanced noise reduction and insulation.
Blast Proof Vent Cap
The Stainless Steel 304 Vent extends 1200mm above the roof and features an NFPA-compliant blast cap. Proper ventilation of the chute is essential to extract foul air, releasing it into the atmosphere through the chute system. The full-diameter vent includes roof flashing, riser, and a metal safety cap for complete installation.
Fire Dampers
The discharge features a UL-labeled 1 1⁄2 Hr Fire Rated Accordion Damper, held open by a 72°C fusible link and equipped with tension coils on either side, allowing the damper to close if the link breaks. Additionally, an inclined guillotine-type shutter door, held open by a UL-listed fusible link, will automatically roll shut if the link melts. The 4mm safety plate also serves as a protective barrier from falling objects during trolley replacement. An inclined guillotine Type Shutter Door held open by a U.L. listed fusible link.
